5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount including any applicable taxes and platform fees
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize Rubyfields to charge your payment method for the total amount

6. Pickup and Collection

Orders on Rubyfields are pickup only. Sellers provide pickup details and timing through the platform, and buyers are responsible for collecting the order at the agreed location and time. Rubyfields does not provide courier or delivery services.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are determined by individual sellers. Buyers should review seller return policies before making a purchase. Rubyfields will facilitate communication between buyers and sellers regarding returns and refunds but is not responsible for resolving disputes.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:
